Today the inspector for the Energy Star certification program made a tour of the house and pointed out to our builder's folks all the potential air leak points so that they can all be sealed up before insulating. The grading contractor is back with a mini-track hoe to do some more lot grading.
Here he works on the back side of the house doing some back fill and also digging up a spot where the foundation might be leaking.
The grader also did some work on establishing our front walk way and some space around the walk for landscaping. You can see one of the boxes of the wrong stone on the left. They were supposed to be picked up and the right stone delivered sometime today, but it hadn't happened by lunchtime when these pictures were taken.
