More Tile Work. Also, the return of Super Dave

Not too much happening at the house the last day or two. The only inside work going on is more of the bathroom tile work. Looks like they have almost finished the downstairs bathroom, except for grout.

Outside, Super Dave is back with a mini track hoe and is doing some of the final grading and contouring. Here he has built up and flattened what will be our "front yard." He has also been moving rocks around and has made an all-rock corner for us where the driveway meets the front yard.

He has also evened out the slope on downhill part of the front. And no, we aren't going to have to mow it. We'll landscape it with something that doesn't take much maintenance.
