More Trim Out Work in Progress

As we get closer to the target completion date of July 16, the pace has picked up considerably this week. We've had painters, flooring crews, electricians, deck installers, closet installers, and HVAC crews working at various times this week. Here the painters finish one of their last major tasks, staining the collar tie beams.


The elevator people are seen laying out part of the shaft equipment on the garage floor.

This is the hoist motor they installed in the elevator equipment room.

The Sinker Cypress deck flooring is mostly complete now.

The electrical and HVAC crews have been hooking the outdoor equipment up to the indoor parts of the house. The generator (on the right) and heat pump (on the left) were both delivered to the rear of the house this week.
